TRIBUTES — Smithsonian Channel will honor the late food writer Josh Ozersky by re-airing United States of Drinking, a show that explores the history of alcoholic drinks in the America. Ozersky, who hosted the show, was renowned for his award-winning writing and deep love of food and drink. He died last week in Chicago at the age of 47. FESTIVALS — Nashville's Music City Food and Wine Festival has just announced its lineup for the event, which will take place September 19-20. The Chew's Carla Hall will be in attendance, fresh off of hosting last month's James Beard Foundation Broadcast and Journalism Awards, as will Graham Elliot (Graham Elliot), festival co-founder Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), and Sean Brock (Husk).
