Happy Friday, Universe. What a week it's been. But let's not dwell on the past. Here's what you should know right now, including a few new pointers from Anthony Bourdain on business; why DJ Khaled is going vegan; how to cure last night's hangover; and more.

— Anthony Bourdain sat down with Inc. to talk business and, as usual, he dropped some real gems.

On Twitter: This is kind of the nexus of the future of small business and the future of big business. For my publishing imprint and my show, we often source subject matter and even authors and characters from Twitter.

On food delivery start-ups: It can't hurt [to have so many services]. I use a lot of those. I'm very happy about the fact that I can pick up my phone and have Shake Shack delivered to my apartment even though they don't deliver.

On his "no asshole rule": I live in business by something I call the no-asshole rule... We went to this one meeting in L.A. and a guy offered us a TV show and a deal that would have made us all Bond villain-wealthy. Like, helipad wealthy. The meeting went fantastically well, and we were standing there in the parking lot afterwards and looked at each other, and I said, "If the phone rings at 11 p.m., do you want it to be that asshole?" And we were all like, "No way!"

— Free coffee alert: On March 21 (World Poetry Day) Julius Meinl, an Austrian coffee roaster and retailer, is letting its customers pay for their cup of coffee with a poem. It sounds like any poem will do, as long as it's written down. Meinl is a popular chain in Europe, but there are only a handful of locations stateside. Here's a list of all U.S. locations.

— Snapchat sensation DJ Khaled is going vegan? If you follow him on Snapchat you already know this: "I'm officially going vegan right now —€” 22 days... I'm not playing. I'm challenging myself." But will his vegan diet include Sabra hummus?

— The Miami New Times snagged a ticket to chef Grant Achatz's Alinea Miami pop-up and could not have loved it more: "As we were getting ready to leave, a member of our six-person party began to tear up because she was so moved by the experience. I, on the other hand, lamented that I'd have post-Alinea depression — a common symptom associated with having the best meal of one's life."

— Singapore is cracking down on blogger freebies. The government wants to tax the products and services that are given to bloggers for promotional purposes. The ministry has not explained how free meals will be accounted for, but is intent upon cracking down on what it says are clearly "gains or profits from a trade or a business."
