Welcome to A Drink You Can Actually Make, Eater's first ever recipe series dedicated to simple cocktails from new bars across the country.
Since its debut last year, Upper East Side cocktail bar Seamstress has dropped quality libations on one of Manhattan's more underserved drinking hoods. And now the team is back with Belle Shoals, a new Southern-themed bar and eatery with intoxicants built of peanuts and peach cobbler moonshine. Below, bartender James Palumbo offers up a simple spirit-forward whisky drink with a touch of sweetness.
