Today Eater returns to Oklahoma City to focus on 14 newish bars and restaurants that have been garnering some serious buzz. Once again The Oklahoman's food editor/food dude David Cathey has kindly offered up his picks of the hottest openings of the past 12 months or so.

East Coast deli fare is trending in OKC, whether at a daytime-only venue (Bonjour) or at the bar (Slaughter's Hall), ramen has finally arrived (Tamashii Ramen), and a prolific duo has entered the Neapolitan pizza fray with a Stefano Ferrara oven blazing (Pizzeria Gusto). There's also plenty to drink in town, whether it's Grasshoppers in a retro supper club (The R & J Lounge and Supper Club) or caipirinhas on a rooftop (Bossa Nova).
