Disgraced Subway Guy Jared Fogle Allegedly Texted About 'Amazing' Sex With 16-Year-Old

The FBI has acquired a series of lewd texts from the former Subway spokesman.

The evidence against former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle keeps piling up. Earlier this month, the FBI raided his home as part of a child pornography investigation. Subway quickly dropped Fogle as the chains pitchman and Sharknado 3 eliminated his film cameo.  On Friday evening, Business Insider first-reported on lewd texts allegedly written by Fogle to a former franchisee whom he had a sexual relationship with. In one series of texts sent from April 2008, Fogle tries to convince the franchisee, a woman, to advertise herself for sex on Craigslist. She could make $500 per act he explains and he could watch her have sex with other men. Fogle then goes on to apparently admit to paying for sex with a 16-year-old girl off Craigslist.

The woman franchisee writes: "Is this the same website you found that 16 year old you that you f---ed?" the woman replied, according to an affadavit.

"I still can't believe you only paid $100 for her."

Fogle reponds: "It was amazing!!!!"

"What part of her ad made you think she was selling sex?" the woman asked.

Fogle says "U will have to read them to see."

The FBI affidavit also offers evidence that Fogle repeatedly requested to meet with the woman's underage cousin. Feeling uncomfortable the woman sought out a lawyer who saved the texts. She then presented them to Subway's corporate team, but says nothing was done. Subway denies that woman's complaint was ever made.

Earlier this month, a former journalist who wished to remain anonymous, told an ABC affiliate about an uncomfortable conversation she had with the Subway spokesman. The woman claims Fogle made sexually inappropriate comments about children he saw while visiting schools in Sarasota County including saying "Middle school girls are hot." Fogle has yet to be charged or arrested.
