'Kitchen Nightmares' Superstar Amy Bouzaglo Has a New Cookbook

Of course there are two exclamation points in the title.

Amy Bouzaglo, the face of the biggest disaster to hit Kitchen Nightmares, has a new cookbook called Baking With Amy Baking Up Some Magic!! According to the website for Amy's Baking Company, the Scottsdale, Ariz., restaurant that was so troubled Gordan Ramsay had to throw up his hands and walk away, the book "leads baking warrior wannabes on an education culinary adventure."

The new book, which ranges from $14.99 for an e-book up to $40 for a hardcover edition, comes shortly after Bouzaglo and her husband Samy announced the shutter of their restaurant and a transition into wholesale business. The restaurant's shutter is apparently related to dispute over a mysterious odor, but it's possible that some of the issues Ramsay found, such as prepackaged pastries being sold as housemade, contributed to its demise.
