Eater's Community Manager oversees all of the Eater discussion forums, monitors and moderates comments and interactions onsite and on social platforms, identifies and solves user issues, tracks analytics for forums and other social platforms, and pitches in with all social initiatives. The ideal candidate is an Eater devotee, a restaurant industry nerd, an excellent communicator, a heavy forum user, and adept at social media engagement.
