A Fancy Tiki Recipe Without the Tricky Ingredients

Welcome to A Drink You Can Actually Make, Eater's first ever recipe series dedicated to simple cocktails from new bars across the country.

Who ever said fast-casual restaurants didn't need great cocktail lists? From the team behind Denver, Colorado's lauded OAK and Acornchef Steven Redzikowski and drinks honcho Bryan Daytoncomes Brider, an unfussy rotisserie restaurant open from breakfast through dinner. And though this may be more of a quick-serve spot, that doesn't mean one won't find tipples on tap, house-made sodas, and fancy nitro coffee. Below, general manager Jason Isch shares the recipe for one of his four draft cocktails, this one inspired by tiki.

Russian Tiki
Serves 1

1 1/4 ounces vodka
1 ounce coconut water
1 ounce passion fruit purée
1/2 ounce honey syrup
1/2 ounce orange juice
1/4 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce triple sec

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with lime slices.
