Man Threatens to Shoot Employees and Burn Restaurant Down Over Incorrect Order

The employees forgot the eggs on the man's sandwich.

Receiving the wrong order is frustrating, but it is never a good enough reason to make violent threats. According to M Live, a man in his 40s threatened to burn down a restaurant in Flint, Mich., and shoot its employees last week. Why? Because they had forgotten the eggs on his sandwich. The police report does not detail the name of the restaurant.

Last week the man ordered a sandwich at the restaurant's drive-thru window. When he saw that there were no eggs in his order, he went inside and yelled "about a refund." The report notes that the man then "threatened to burn down the building and shoot everyone inside at the time." He then supposedly keyed a car before leaving the property. No arrests have been made in the case.

This isn't the first time a customer has turned to violent behavior over an order mix-up. In March, a McDonald's customer in Georgia choked and punched the cashier after his order was "accidentally rung up incorrectly." Just months before that, another McDonald's customer pulled a gun on an employee when they forgot to include a burger in his order.
