The Hottest New Restaurants in Tucson, November 2015

10 buzzy new restaurants and bars to check out in Tucson, Arizona.

Today Eater returns once again to Tucson, Arizona to focus on 10 newish restaurants and bars that have been garnering some serious buzz. Like last time aroundTucson Foodie's Adam Lehrman has kindly offered up his recommendations for the hottest openings of the past 12 months.

Among his picks are a breakfast and lunch-focused operation in downtown Tucson (Nook), the city's first modern ramen joint (OBON), and a Middle Eastern restaurant with fantastic bread (Za'atar). And in the past year, blockbuster concepts have debuted in the area surrounding Johnny Gibson's Downtown Market, including the market itself, a progressive bar with a playful cocktail list (HighWire Lounge), and a craft distillery that doubles as a bar (the Independent). Without further ado, and in alphabetical order, the Eater Heatmap to Tucson:
