Watch a Cheese Sculptor Carve a Burger Out of a Massive Block of Cheddar

It set a new Guinness World Record.

Here's an extreme take on a classic cheeseburger. Fast-casual restaurant chain The Melt teamed up with cheese sculptor Troy Landwehr on Thursday to create a 1,524 pound burger sculpture made entirely out of aged Wisconsin cheddar. The cheeseburger took 30 hours to complete and broke the world record for largest cheese sculpture. Watch the whole carving process below:
