Drunk Woman Determined to Get Whataburger Drives SUV With Missing Wheel to Restaurant

She was arrested for drunk driving instead.

Whatadetermined person: According to My San Antonio, a Texas woman was craving food from popular burger chain Whataburger so deeply that she drove there in an SUV missing one of its front tires. While she made it to the restaurant, all did not work out well for 34-year-old Flor Rios, who drove the SUV while drunk.

The situation quickly escalated when police pulled her over for driving a vehicle with a missing tire. The cops found an open 25 ounce container of Bud Light inside of Rios' car. Rios refused to use a breathalyzer, so the police quickly obtained a warrant for a blood sample and transported her to a nearby hospital for the test. However, Rios became super "combative" and spat at the person drawing her blood. She was arrested and charged with driving while drunk and harassment of a public servant.

Rios isn't the first person determined to get a chain food fix while drunk. Earlier this year, a Florida resident gave a whole new meaning to the term "drive-thru." She meant to navigate the drive-thru lane of a local Taco Bell, but instead managed to drive her car through the actual restaurant.
